Following a host of new business wins, and due to the expansion of its group offering, including M&C Saatchi PR, M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment and M&C Saatchi CLEAR, M&C Saatchi LA has brought a number of talented experts to join the growing Santa Monica office.

Brian Youins joins M&C Saatchi LA as a Staff Accountant, having most recently worked as a Staff Accountant at CAST Centers, LLC. – a wellness center founded by Demi Levato. Having always possessed a passion for puzzles and numbers, Brian will take primary responsibility for billing, and ensuring a smooth financial process across the whole M&C Saatchi LA group.
Alexa Borghi comes on board as a Consultant to bolster M&C Saatchi CLEAR’s offering. Most recently, Alexa completed her master’s degree in Fashion Marketing in New York City, and is applying her passion for marketing and branding to help clients achieve their goals. She brings expertise in B2B and consumer research, including international and multi-method engagements, and is currently supporting clients including Red Bull and Google.
Jay Chang is a Creative Developer with 8 years of full stack experience working in various environments from Bay Area startups and eCommerce companies to full-service digital agencies. Some of the clients he has worked with previously include Blizzard Entertainment and Live Nation. At M&C Saatchi LA, Jay will be building solutions for clients including BMW Motorrad and Fox Restaurant Concepts.
Daisy Peralta comes to M&C Saatchi LA as an Account Director with a strong background across a number of blue chip clients over the past 10 years. Having previously spent time on both coasts with Doner LA and Garage, she worked on a variety of client projects from Mazda to The UPS Store, building fully integrated campaigns and programs from the ground up. With her extensive production and creative experience, Daisy will be working on clients including Epson and the San Diego Zoo.
Michael Chavez Booth (MCB) brings nearly 10 years of brand communications experience to M&C Saatchi LA’s growing Sport & Entertainment group. Prior to his role as Vice President, MCB worked at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he helped drive PR efforts for more than 25 marketing partners and develop an ongoing thought leadership platform for the league’s front office. At M&C Saatchi, he helps develop and execute a variety of brand campaigns across lifestyle, sport and entertainment.
After eight years at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment London, Aarti Parekh joins the growing M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment LA team. With a wealth of experience in global communications, Aarti will be responsible for delivering projects for a variety of existing clients both in LA and across the NYC and London offices as well as driving new business opportunities.
Katie Jordan is our newest Account Executive team member. Prior to joining our team, Katie led digital and CRM efforts for the AARP and Bank of America accounts at RAPP – spearheading day to day strategic, creative and data efforts across multiple projects. She has also spent time at 72 and Sunny and been totally sports, helping to convince New Yorkers to attend basketball games in a previous life. Katie will be joining the M&C Saatchi team working on clients including The San Diego Zoo, Fox Restaurant Concepts and North Italia.
Jessica Flores is a very welcome returning team member! A positive force of energy, Jessica comes with years of experience in office management from JustFab to Anna Beck Designs to Iconmobile. In her new role as Office Administrator Jessica will be taking an even greater role in the Santa Monica office as a whole, assisting the management team with finance, hiring and operations.

M&C Saatchi PR has expanded its global presence to LA with the appointment of Serena Thynne as Vice-President. Serena will be responsible for driving new business growth and ensuring the delivery of quality, creative work. In addition to this, she will be responsible for bolstering M&C Saatchi PR’s existing business in the US, offering clients across the region a range of fully integrated creative communications.
Izabela Zajfert is an Account Director with 9 years of experience across traditional and digital advertising, integrated campaigns, eCommerce, content production, mobile and web production. Prior to this role, Iza worked as a Client Service Director at Deloitte Digital Central Europe, where she led Pan-European Clients such as PepsiCo and The Estée Lauder Companies. Iza will be joining the M&C Saatchi LA team working on clients including Pacific Life and Element AI.
Audrey d’Erneville started earlier this year and joins M&C Saatchi LA as a Junior Designer. She brings a beautiful design aesthetic to all her work, and is providing creative support to clients across the board, with an emphasis on Fox Restaurant Concepts and entertainment projects.
Manisha Sabnani has been in Finance and Accounting for many years and joins M&C Saatchi LA as Vice President of Finance and Operations. Her favorite part of the job is tying together financial data to tell a story that helps define future strategy, and she brings a wealth of experience in order to do just that. Manisha will bring her skills to the whole M&C Saatchi LA group.
