
Heavenspot, part of M&C Saatchi LA, wins the Webby’s People’s Voice Awards 2016 for its work on the world-famous festival.
The goal for the website was to create a digital experience that responds to the needs of its user base and communicates what the festival stands for today and in years to come. By creating a visual framework that features different aspects of the festival in contextually relevant places, the new site managed to both help tell the broader festival story and capture more of the unique energy the festival is famous for.
Heavenspot has been working with Goldenvoice to constantly evolve the Coachella.com website for the past 5 years. During this partnership, the two have created a new paradigm for festival websites, introduced industry-leading features, and inspired many copycats. This is the fourth time that the website has been recognized by the Webby Awards and the first win.
